Inspection Comments | ALWAYS WASH HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK. RECEIVED A COMPLAINT THAT A BUTCHER WAS WEARING A BLOODY APRON & SMOKING OUTSIDE WITH APRON ON. THE INDIVIDUAL MIGHT HAVE CAME IN WITH OUT WASHING HANDS. MANAGER ADMITTED THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED. COMMUNICATED WITH THE MANAGER'S & ALL THE BUTCHERS. I TOLD EMPLOYEE'S THE ABOVE INFORMATION. MANAGEMENT WILL MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT OCCUR IN THE FUTURE. TAKE CLOTHES- APRONS, HAIR NETS ETC. OFF WHEN GOING OUTSIDE. |
